Week 6: Day 43
Miserable! I ate a piece of cheese toast for breakfast and had a yogurt at 10am with wheat ritz scattered throughout the morning but I still felt like I was going to puke any second. After a Sonic lunch of chicken basket with a Sprite, things got better. I still felt achy all day. I'm going to bed early in hopes of a better night's sleep.
